Are SideQuest products 3D printed?

Yes. Each item is produced in-house using professional Bambu Lab printers and inspected before it leaves the shop. Minor layer lines are a normal part of the process.

Are the products tested?

Yes. The cue claws, magnetic chalk holders, pocket markers, TrueStroke, and Q-rack have all been produced and tested. Most have also been sold to players or pool halls. Bridge designs have been personally tested and will be introduced more gradually.

Which chalk fits the magnetic holders?

Current designs support Taom, Predator, and Ghost by Fedor Gorst chalk. Choose the version that matches the chalk you use.

What games work with the Q-rack?

The Q-rack accommodates 8-ball, 9-ball, and 10-ball racking.

CUSTOMIZATION

Do I have to customize my order?

No. Every product is available in standard SideQuest branding. Personalization is an option, never a requirement.

What can be customized?

Depending on the product, options may include colors, names, short text, simple graphics, and team, league, pool-hall, or business branding.

What does customization cost?

A single customized item adds $10. For multiple items with the exact same customization, the first adds $10 and each additional item adds $5. Contact us for larger runs or special requests.

ORDERS & DELIVERY

Is shipping included?

No. Shipping is calculated and charged separately. Local pickup may be available when arranged in advance.

How long will my order take?

Production time depends on the product, colors, customization, and current print queue. An estimated turnaround will be provided before a custom order is approved.

Can teams and pool halls order in quantity?

Absolutely. Contact us with the product, quantity, and shared customization. We will confirm pricing and timing before production.

CARE

How should I care for 3D-printed gear?

Keep it away from extreme heat, including hot vehicles and direct high-temperature exposure. Clean with a soft damp cloth and mild soap; avoid harsh solvents.
